  • Who are we?
    Coup De Coeur, pronounced as [koo-de-quer]. The company was founded in 2015 with a goal of making a meaningful difference in people's lives by simplifying and streamlining everyday wear choices. Since then, we've been working to develop products that complement and enhance, rather than overwhelm, your individuality.
  • What are the estimated delivery times on my orders?
    Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. All of our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. We select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered. If by chance your item has not arrived within 20 business days please contact us with your email so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order. Orders depending on the destination in the world might take longer due to couriers and customs inspections so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within the usual 30 days.
  • Do you offer a warranty on your automatic watches?
    Yes! All Coup De Coeur timepieces are warranted for repair within one year from date-of purchase. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, external case damage, or scratches. Tampering with the watch case will void the warranty… so contact us before you do that.
  • Which Currency is used on your site?
    Coup De Coeur exclusively uses the United States Dollar (USD). International payments are automatically converted when paying via PayPal®.
  • Do you accept PayPal®?
    Yes! We accept PayPal® as a payment method as well as all major credit cards for your convenience.
